Wirya Budaghi :Consumerism- International Project. 2013

During 24 hours i live with a sandwich. One night and one day without food in Europe. And this sandwich stays with me during my art.

This is a protest against capitalism and consumerism in Europe.

In the last hour of this performance art, I will look at this square in Stockholm.

During this performance I want to express my solidarity with people who are forced into hunger and, at at the same time, attack a culture of throwing food away in European countries.
